All returns must be labeled with a valid Return Authorization (R/A) number on the outside of packaging. Shipments without R/A numbers will be rejected. R/A numbers may be obtained by calling Seller at 800-524-2744.

When sending back product, it is very important to make certain the arm is packaged properly (any damage caused during transit back to us will void our refund policy and may affect any credit due).  Also please be certain that you have the R/A number marked clearly on the outside of the packaging, as our receiving department will reject deliveries without R/A's.
