Question Title Can the Quadropod be adjusted to have the 4 monitors set up side by side in a row (horizontally) as opposed to 2x2?
No, the Quadropod does not allow you to create a 4x1 configuration (4 monitors in a row). It  creates a 2x2 (2 over 2) configuration.
