The 9135 picture-frame wall mount does allow the monitor to be rotate from portrait to landscape. However, it does not allow pivot or tilt. The 9110 LCD Wall Mount allows greater monitor adjustment, including rotation, pivot and tilt, but does not mount as flush to the wall as the 9135.
