Question Title Can the gas cylinder in your gas arms be changed following purchase? (Can I make the arm weaker or stronger if I need to at some later point?)
You can always adjust the strength of your Innovative gas arm within the stated weight range of the product. To do this, simply follow the instructions received with your arm for balancing the monitor.
 
While it is possible for gas cylinders to be substited, this is not something you will be able to do on your own. You would need to ship the arm back to us to have the old cylinder removed and a new cylinder inserted. If the old cylinder is not defective, you would be charged for the rework and the new cylinder. To discuss this possibility or to receive a quote and a return authorization number, please contact our customer service department at 800-524-2744.
