I would like to return and replace a product. What are my options? |

You have 3 options for replacing a product currently in your possession:

(Defective product only) Upon your notification that the arm is packaged and ready to be sent back to Innovative, our Logistics Department can issue a UPS Call Tag. We can release a replacement product after UPS picks up the package at your location.

Please safely pack the product and return to us with R/A number displayed on package. Innovative will release a replacement following receipt and inspection of the returned product.

If you do not wish to wait for your replacement, please submit a new purchase order for the desired item. Innovative will proceed with shipment of the new product, and will issue any credit due against the returned product upon receipt and inspection.
