Question Title How do I obtain a Return Authorization (R/A) Number?
Innovative requires that all returns be clearly labeled with a valid Return Authorization (R/A) number on the outside of packaging. Shipments without R/A numbers will be rejected.
 
R/A numbers may be obtained by calling Innovative at 800-524-2744. To aid in prompt service, please have available the purchase order number upon which the item was originally bought.
