Question Title Monitor is not level
I have attached the monitor to your arm. The bottom edge of monitor is not parallel to the desk. Approx 1/4 inch lower on the right side. there does not seem to be a way to level the face of monitor on the bracket or the arm. The vesa bracket is correctly installed. Please advise.
 
Our LCD arms include a rotating feature on the tilter which attaches to your monitor. This allows you to rotate the monitor either clockwise or counterclockwise, and can be used to level the screen.
