Question Title Hi, we purchased 2 ArcView Dual arm units. I managed to get the arm to adjust but I can't figure out how to keep it at the level I want it. I tried adjusting the screw as shown in the instructions
Please be certain that you have put the monitors on the ArcView arm prior to adjusting the strength. The arm needs to be counterbalanced by the weight of the monitors in order to work properly.
 
If the monitors are on the arm, be sure that you press the arm down to approximately parallel with the desktop prior to making adjustments.
 
If you are still not able to make the arm balance, and you are sure that the monitors installed are within the weight range of the arm, please call us at 800-524-2744 for assistance.
