Question Title 7601 caps problem
I put together and mounted my monitor arm okay, but I'm having trouble fitting some of the caps (the plastic pieces that cover the open parts of the arm). The two pieces that go on the underside fitted fine. The circular cap that goes on top is okay. But the long strip that should go on the top on the top doesn't fit at all -- it's too long (and the curved part cut into one end doesn't seem like the right curve to fit in either direction). Do you have any insight into what I might be doing wrong? (Or if I've received the wrong part...) Thank you.
