Question Title 7500 Arm strength adjustment
I can't make the movement as described in model 7500 installation instruction step #6. I tried moving the big screw to the right and to the left. Is it normal that that screw strenght in both directions? (left & right)

In order to adjust the arm strength, first be sure that you have placed the arm in the mount and have attached your monitor to the arm. Second, be sure that you are pushing the arm down to parallel with the desktop. Once this is done, turn the adjustment screw clockwise to make the arm weaker, and counterclockwise to make the arm stronger. You may have to turn the screw 10-15 times to notice a difference. Stop every few turns to check the effect and see if your monitor is closer to balancing.
