Question Title No invoice received after web order...
Today, I placed an on-line order. I received as notice only a response saying that my order has been successfully submitted, and that I would receive a copy of this order via e-mail. I have received no such e-mail verifying this order, and can't even be sure that you are processing this order as I wished. Is this how you normally handle orders?
 
Email confirmations are instantly sent following the receipt of a web order. This should happen within moments of your completion of the order process. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your SPAM folder to be sure the order has not been routed there. A second possibility is that there was a typo in your email address which caused the confirmation not to reach you. In any case, if you do not receive a confirmation in timely fashion, please contact us at 800-524-2744 for assistance and to be sure that we have received your order.
