Innovative does send an immediate email confirming receipt of your web order, with a second confirmation sent when the order is entered into our system (typically that same business day). A shipping confirmation is also sent at time of order shipment.
If you have not received any email confirmations, please check your SPAM folder to be sure that our confirmations were not routed there. If you still find no confirmations, please contact our customer service department at 800-524-2744 to confirm that we have received your order. |
